Welcome to Island Bliss ∞ Yoga Flow, the 6-night/7-day retreat at the healing venue of Indigo Dream, nestled atop picturesque hills overlooking the city of Larnaca, Cyprus.
This retreat open to both men and women, and in particular to yogis who are seeking inner peace, physical rejuvenation and a sense of community with like-minded individuals.
This retreat offers a diverse range of yoga styles to suit beginner and intermediate levels, ensuring that each participant can find their own flow and rhythm.
With twice-daily yoga sessions led by experienced instructors, you'll have the opportunity to deepen your practice, enhance your flexibility and improve your overall well-being.
Hatha Yoga: Hatha yoga is a gentle, slow-paced yoga that focuses on physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation.
Vinyasa Yoga: Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement. It emphasizes flowing from one pose to the next, often using a series of Sun Salutations.
Kundalini Yoga: Kundalini yoga is a spiritual and meditative type of yoga that focuses on breathing, chanting, and meditation to activate the Kundalini energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine.
Restorative Yoga: Restorative yoga is a slow, gentle form of yoga that uses props like blankets and bolsters to support the body in passive poses.
Yin Yoga: Yin yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga that focuses on holding poses for long periods of time to stretch and strengthen the connective tissue in the body.
Our daily meditation and talking circle will provide a space for introspection, reflection and meaningful conversation, as you connect with fellow retreat-goers and explore your innermost thoughts and feelings.
For those who enjoy a more active lifestyle, our fun-fitness sessions in the pool offer a refreshing and invigorating way to stay fit and energized. Our Qi Gong class will introduce you to the ancient Chinese practice of balancing energy, promoting relaxation, and restoring.
If you're in need of some pampering, our beauty treatments, massages and Reiki sessions are designed to nourish your body, soothe your soul and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. And after a long day of yoga and activities, there's nothing quite like taking a moment to unwind and relax by the pool, enjoying some chill-out time and soaking up the sun.
As the retreat draws to a close, we invite you to celebrate your journey with a fun-filled disco party on the last night, complete with music, dancing and good vibes all around.
